She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. Price and Valley Norris Price Goodwin; and her brothers, Larry and Roger Price. She is survived by: her husband Harry G. Williams; her son Randall Williams (Beth); her granddaughter Rachel Whitaker (Austin); her great grandchildren, Caroline and Anderson Whitaker; and her siblings, Katherine Watson and Don Goodwin (Terri).
