He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lee and Lois Butters Lee. He is survived by: his wife Pam Lee; his daughter Jenny Lee; and his siblings, Robert E Lee (Mary), Phillip W Lee (Laurie) and Nancy Lee Black (Scott). He is also survived by one niece and 4 nephews.
