She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Crook and Mary Jo Stone Crook; her husband Ray Allen Henley; and her son Michael Ray Henley. She is survived by: her daughters, Shannon R. Noe (Michael) and Wanda M. Gillihan (Rickey); and her daughter-in-law Debbie Henley. She is also survived by five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
