She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hugo and Margaret Stubblefield Elliott; her husband Carlos Ray Dorris, Sr.; and her siblings, Donald Elliott, Bobby Elliott, Charles Elliott, Jerry Elliott, Nancy Elliott Markham and Betty Elliott Fry.
She is survived by: her sons, Carlos Ray Dorris, Jr. of Hendersonville and John Dorris (Elizabeth) of Hendersonville; her siblings, Billy Elliott (Cheryl) of Hendersonville, Jimmy Elliott (Jean) of Henryetta, OK and Dorothy Traughber (Bill) of Lafayette, TN; and her granddaughters, Daphne Dorris and Della Dorris.
