She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Lee Parker and Vera Payne Parker; her husband Win Clouse Shanks; and her brothers, Floyd Parker, Bobby Parker and William Parker.
She is survived by: her children, Herbert Shanks, Joyce Pomeroy (Tom) and Nancy Ann Flint; her grandchildren, Kevin Pomeroy (Ashley), Wendy Elmer, Heather Wolfe, Tonya Williams, Crystal Takamoto and Eric Flint; her great grandchildren, Jackson Pomeroy, Kade Pomeroy, Caroline Pomeroy, Landon Wolfe, Austin Wolfe, Lanie Jo Wolfe, Grant Elmer, Alyson Smith, Nathan Elmer, Anna Kate Elmer, Will Elmer, Emme Williams, Easton Williams and Louella Takamoto; and her great great grandchild Brooks Smith.
