We are sad to announce that on June 19, 2019, at the age of 70, Thomas Lemley Gayle (Hendersonville, Tennessee), born in Nashville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Edward Gayle and Mary Katherine Lemley. He is survived by: his wife Judy Gayle; his daughters, Andrea Hess (Rik) and Amanda Salter (Derek); his stepchildren, Tony Lewis (Dana), Andy Lewis (Melissa) and Anitra Lewis; and his brother Jimmy. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
