He is survived by: his sons, Jeremy Clark (Lora) and Joe Clark (Peggy); his grandchildren, Matthew, Brycen (Julie), Justin (Savannah), Kaitlyn, Nathan, Makayla, Alex and Weston; his great grandchild Charlotte; his mother Annie Ruth Clark; and his siblings, Jerry Clark (Felecia), Perry Clark, Sherry Coffman and Beth Stepleton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
