She is survived by: her husband Nathaniel "Tany" Berman; her children, Alexander Berman, Lindsey Berman (Jason Waller), Dale Berman (Samantha), Timothy Blakeslee and Christopher Blakeslee; her siblings, Jonathan Sadler (Carla), Candy Rumfelt (Lathan), Terry Sadler (Mary), Sydney Walker (Brian), James Sadler (Shannon) and Donnie Sadler; and her grandchildren, Megan Sacco, Dalton Berman, Kayleigh Peppers and Christopher Peppers.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Alive Hospice.
