He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert E. Norris and Corrine H. Norris; and his siblings, David C. Norris and Mary Kay Barrass. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Norris; his daughters, Cheryl Webb (Shannon) and Jennifer Solecki (John); his sister Tawnie Campbell (Vic); his sister-in-law Betsy Norris; his grandchildren, Brycen, Kenzlea, Knox and Corrine; his nephews, Shane Norris and Wirth Campbell; and his niece Meredith Campbell.
