It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirly Lois Phipps of Hendersonville, Tennessee, born in Highland Park, Michigan, who passed away on January 7, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Phipps and Elva Troy Williams Phipps. She is survived by: her cousins, Nancy Caird of Lake Mary and Ronald Farmer (Johnny) of San Leon, Texas.
