She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Fagen and Marie Henderlong Fagen; and her sister Nancy Lipke. She is survived by: her husband Thomas A. Evans "Tom"; her sons, Sean Evans (Jana) and Brad Evans (Lisa); her grandchildren, Zachary Evans, Hollie Taylor (John), Bailey Hope (Grayson), Abigail Evans and Kylie Evans; her great grandchild Brooke Taylor; and her siblings, David Fagen (Patricia), Tom Fagen (Lucy) and Diane Hershberger.
