He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Young Venable, Sr. and Alice Mae Venable; and his sister Alice Marie Monk. He is survived by: his wife Mary Leah Albritton; his children, Allison Noble (Michael), Clay Venable (Kim) and Leah Hohenbrink (Andy); his grandchildren, Sarah Beth Noble, Molly Purcell (Jack), JT Venable (Emily), Caroline Venable, Emily Hohenbrink and Drew Hohenbrink; and his sisters, Mary Catherine Addison and Sally Porter (Nick).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The First Presbyterian Church of Hendersonville.
