He was predeceased by: his parents, Buddy Womack and Edna Burris Womack; his wife Joyce; and his brothers, Harold and Herschel Womack.
He is survived by: his daughters, Edna Jean Blunkall (Jerry) and Debby Derryberry (Ron Honeycutt); his stepdaughters, Cathey Brewington (David), Elizabeth Clay (Ricky) and Beverly Bandy; his grandchildren, Rev. Michael Spurlock, Stephanie Piper (Randy), Tracy Sayles (Trent), Nikki Briley (Cary), Jane Derryberry and Rachel Keene (Jeremy); his great grandchildren, T. J. Briley (Kelsey), Atticus Spurlock, Jackson Sayles, Gage Keene, Andrew Briley, Chloe Keene, Alex, Eden Sayles and Hadley Spurlock; his siblings, Edna Earle Mayberry (Robert) and Tommy Womack (Margie); his sister-in-law Kathleen Womack; his nephew Ed Mayberry (Betty); and his niece Robbie Faye Pruett (Mark).
