She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Gracia and Mary Gracia (Avylla); her husband Ben Fort; her sons-in-law, Creig Soeder and Rudy Johnson; and her siblings, Robert Gracia, Ellman Gracia, Louise Gomes and Beatrice Tremblay.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carolyn Jones (Allen), Janet Soeder, Cheryl Thomas (Dave) and Nancy Johnson. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 7 great great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews.
