She was predeceased by: her parents, Asa Williams and Altie Williams (Helton); her husband Herman "Rusty" Owens; her daughter Sharon Owens; her grandson Terry Owens, Jr.; and her sister Dorothy Ray (Frank).
She is survived by: her son Terry Owens (Edie); her granddaughters, Kristi Condon (Jeff) and Julie Wright (Danny); her great grandchildren, Eryn Wright, Cason Smith and Sloane Wright; and her nephew Randall Ray (Lynn). She is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
