He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Garrett and Lucille Garrett; and his sister Jo Anne Garrett Turner. He is survived by: his wife Mary Moore Garrett; his son Jay Garrett (Syble); and his brother William Garrett (Roberta). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Expressions of love are greatly appreciated and the family loves flowers; however, if you prefer memorial donations the family respectfully suggests donations to the Hendersonville Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
