He was predeceased by: his sister Sue Dancy. He is survived by: his wife Ann Scruggs; his children, Vicky Meadows (Matthew) of Bethany, Oklahoma, Becky Stebbins (Ralph) of Hendersonville and Donald Scruggs of Torrance, California; his grandchildren, Melissa and Tim Meadows (Jennifer); his children, Nathan, Emily Stebbins, Andrew and Adam Scruggs; his great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Hailey, Jaxon and Hunter Meadows; and his brother James Scruggs of Coldwater, Mississippi. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
