He was predeceased by: his parents, George Rohde and Matilda Rohde; his son Robert R. Rohde; and his brothers, Rudolph, Reuben, Ernest and Alvin.
He is survived by: his wife Avalene R. Rohde (Brock); his daughter Sherylene Rohde (Phillip Lemmonds); and his brother Lawrence "Larry" Rohde (Caroline). He is also survived by five grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandson.
