He is survived by: his parent Jewell Lee Carter Sullivan; his wife Susie Sullivan of Hendersonville, TN; his daughter Jackie Watkins; his sisters, Anna Inderjit of Portland, TN, Shirley Toungate and Sheila Glenn; and his grandchildren, Cicily Barnes, Christian Crowder and Sascha Crowder. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
