It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Dean Ramsey of Hendersonville, Tennessee, who passed away on October 5, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Jean; his parents, Claude Ramsey and Elizabeth Ramsey; his brother George Ramsey; and his son-in-law Steve Coggins.

He is survived by: his children, Jami Coggins, Lori Hooberry (Bobby), Christi Pack (Mark), Rick Ramsey (Teri) and Andy Ramsey (Melanie); and his brother John Ramsey (Elaine). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 36 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
