He was predeceased by: his parents, L. B. Maggart and Margaret Maggart; and his siblings, Debbie Sharp, Donna Nokes and Gary K. Maggart.

He is survived by: his brother Ronald Maggart (Beverly). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
