She was predeceased by: her parents, William Roy Baltimore and Ellen A. Baltimore; and her husband James Meredith Padgett. She is survived by: her sisters, Evelyn Cunningham and Jean McClanahan; her niece Marie Simms (Billy); her great-nieces, Samantha Simms (Jacob) and Kaysie Simms (Courtney); her stepchildren, Mark, Matt Padgett (Pamela) and Dana Vick (Ralph); and her stepgrandchildren, Langley Vick and Victoria Padgett. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
