He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Fedorchek and Eva Fedorchek. He is survived by: his wife Nicole Fedorchek; his daughters, Emily Fedorchek of Orange, CA and Allison Fedorchek of Nashville, TN; his siblings, Michelle Hohenstreet of Drexel, MO, Michael Fedorchek of Tustin, CA and James Fedorchek of Georgetown, TX; and his aunts, Darleen Friedel, Sandy Vitz and Mary Ann Dalessi. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
