He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Woodard and Eloise Woodard. He is survived by: his sons, Charles E. Woodard (Angela) and Paul Duane Woodard (Amy); his siblings, Brenda Carr (Buddy) and Butch Woodard (Sandra); and his grandchildren, Seth Woodard, Paul Dylan Woodard and Lola Woodard.
