It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patrick David Campbell of Hendersonville, Tennessee, born in Nashville, Tennessee, who passed away on November 16, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Alfred David Campbell; and his grandparents, Marion Jones, James Jones, William "Bill" Parham, Jr. and Erskin Campbell.

He is survived by: his mother Mary Jane Campbell; his wife Lori Campbell; his children, Danielle Campbell Thomas (TJ), Jordan David Campbell (Leah) and Troy Booth (Nicole); his granddaughter Maryann Thomas; and his sisters, Cindy Garvin (Murphy) and Margie Carter (Chris). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.

In lieu of flowers and to honor Pat's giving spirit, memorial donations may be made to the 100 Club of Sumner County or Live Love Nashville.
