She was predeceased by: her father Phillip W. Wheat; her husband Charles E. Lewis; and her great grandchild Elizabeth Ann Foreman. She is survived by: her children, Lynn Walker, David Lewis (Sandra) and Charles Lewis (Kristi). She is also survived by three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
