She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hensley and Geneva Kern Hensley; her siblings, Jean Burch, Dorothy Valentine, Fredrick Hensley and Franklin Hensley; and her granddaughter Jacquelyn Whited.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Logan and Larry Case (Laura) of Hendersonville, TN; her siblings, Bill Hensley (Diane) of Connersville and Erma Hawthorne of Louisana; her grandchildren, Tina Barsallo (Alvaro), Brian Logan of Atlanta, GA and James Case (Samantha) of Smyrna, TN; her great grandchildren, Jessica Sanders (Brandon) of Lebanon, TN and Joshua Whited of Hendersonville, TN; and her great great grandchildren, Shae Cox of Lebanon, TN, Mary Case and Tyler Case of Smyrna, TN..
