It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nelda L. Daugherty of Hendersonville, Tennessee, born in Dayton, Tennessee, who passed away on February 21, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Kelley and Leola Kelley; her husband Herbert Daniel Daugherty, Jr.; her sons, Herbert Daniel Daugherty III and Charles Oliver Daugherty; her daughter-in-law Sherry Ann Daugherty; and her grandchildren, Layla Joy Daugherty-Cardwell, Bo Daniel Daugherty and Cristina Danielle Daugherty.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Saint Jude Children's Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
