He was predeceased by: his parents, Mickey G. Conner and Charlotte Ann Conner; his son Richard Colley; and his brothers, Rickey Conner and Darrell Conner.
He is survived by: his children, Jason Matthew Conner (Becca) and Kerry Amanda Colley; his sisters, Diane Haisten (Doug), Sharon Rottenberry and Lisa Russell (Mike); and his grandchildren, Zachary Hampton (Taylor), Taylor Colley, Morgan Keene, Kayla Blackburn and Jacob Blackburn. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
