He was predeceased by: his parent Merrill Willey; and his brother Ronnie Willey. He is survived by: his parent Myrtle Willey (Rembusch); his spouse Kathleen Willey (Mann); his children, Rick Willey (Karen), Randy Willey and Rob Willey (Becky); his grandchildren, Shari Rader (Troy), Sheila Wilson (Aaron), Susie Jessup (Jay), Scott Willey (Carmen), Sam Willey (Mallory), Jessica Devine (Dan), Julia Fahy (Kevin) and Anna Willey; and his sisters, Hazel Marie Kesner and Linda Lake (Junior).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Open Door Fellowship Church in Shelbyville, MO.
