She was predeceased by: her parents, Enoch Shivers and Valerie Shivers. She is survived by: her children, Kacie Baldwin (Eric Baldwin), Kellie Vaughn (Jerrod Vaughn), Kendall Gaw (Richard Cartmell Jr.) and Kyle Gaw; her grandchildren, Sadie Baldwin, Ryleigh Baldwin, Kannon Vaughn and Zaiden Cartmell; her siblings, Allen "Spud" Shivers, Deborah "Debbie" Sentell and Dawn Scholl; and her aunt Cindy Carter. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
