She was predeceased by: her parents, James Holman Filson and Christine Filson (White); her husband Daniel A. Overby; her son Phillip Overby Sr.; her grandson Winky Overby; and her siblings, Peggy Filson Anderson, James Holman Filson, Jr., William Filson and David Filson.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Overby Forsythe (Sam), Cliff Overby (Joni), Jeffrey Overby (Melissa) and Kevin Overby (Christy); her parents-in-law, Phillip and Shirley Overby; her siblings, Barbara Humphreys, Morris Filson and Jerry Filson; and her sister-in-law Betty Filson. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
