He was predeceased by: his parents, Goble Thomas Evans and Frances Marie Wallace Evans of Clarksville, Tennessee.; his siblings, H. T. Evans, Paul Michael Evans, Ernestine Evans Britt and Barbara Evans Binkley; and his grandson Eli Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Davis Evans; his sons, Scott Evans (Georgia), Keith Evans, Todd Evans (Catherine) and Matthew Evans; his grandchildren, Michael Evans, Brian Evans, Carson Evans, Trey Crosslin, Christina Evans and Raelynn Evans; and his great grandchildren, McKayleigh Owens, Gracie Childress and Maverick Evans.
