He was predeceased by: his parents, Benton McMillan Barber and Mary Louise Aldridge Barber; and his daughter Brenda Gossard. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Barber; his children, Vickie Moreland (Michael), Robert Barber (Tammy), Mark Barber, Wayne Barber, Sheila Roll (David) and Steven Barber (Melanie); and his brother Billy Joe Barber. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren.
