We are sad to announce that on August 27, 2023, at the age of 74, Linda Gail Polk (Hendersonville, Tennessee), born in Hartsville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Marian Shoulders of Hendersonville; and her grandparents, Goldie and Oakley Parker of Hartsville. She is survived by: her husband Daniel "Dan" Polk; her children, Todd Allen, Jeff Polk (Donnie) and Chris Polk (Bridgett); her grandchildren, Macie Warf (Tanner), Clayton Polk, Mary Kate Polk and Tyler Hunter; her great grandchild Aubrey Elaine Warf; and her siblings, Ronnie Shoulders (Sally), Barry Shoulders (Cindy) and Pat Shoulders (Debbie).

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Linda's name to Alive Hospice.
