He is survived by: his daughters, Gaye Hurt (Mike), Janice Clapp (Phil), Lisa Haddock and Layna Neal; his grandchildren, SaraBeth Hurt, Lanse McLain, Anna Whitworth, David McLain, Landen Lamberth, Kristen Lamberth, Logan Lamberth, Johnnie Hunter IV and Casey Neal; and his great grandchildren, Kennedy Whitworth, Kiley Lamberth, Saylor Lamberth, Layton Lamberth, Kensington and Scarlett Wright.
