He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Green and Mammie Green (Brown); his daughter Leona; and his siblings, Allie Jean, Wilburn Green and Billy Green.

He is survived by: his wife Hazel; his daughter Jennifer; and his brother Sam. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other beloved extended family and dear friends.
