He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother-in-law Chris; his mother Patricia Harrell; his wife Kimberly Hines Harrell; his daughter Kelsey Harrell Fryer (Cameron); his grandson Scott; his brother Michael Harrell (Vicki); his father Don Harrell; and his parents-in-law, Joyce and Louis Hines. He was also cherished by cousins, sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great- nephews.
