She was predeceased by: her parents, Jerry Owensby and Eunice Owensby (Avila). She is survived by: her husband Jonathan Newman; her daughters, Baylee and Kameron; her brothers, Jerry Owensby (Pam) and Timothy Owensby; her close friends, Marquita Williams, Louann Thomas, Melissa Gordon and Darcey Hutchinson; and her pets, Earl, Daisy, Dop, Princess, Goose and Maggie. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
