He was predeceased by: his parent Jesse Bloodworth; and his niece Kelly Coleman. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Bloodworth (Frey); his grandmother Mama Frey; his siblings, Barry Coleman (Jan), Deborah Claiborne (Charles) and Kerry Bloodworth; his daughter Rachel Martin (Scott); his grandson Shawn; his daughter Lauren Bloodworth (Casey Hodgin); and his granddaughters, Kinsley, Briley and Sidney.
A memorial service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens (1150 Dickerson Pike, Goodlettsville, TN 37072).
