He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Powell and Nell Powell. He is survived by: his wife Donna Powell; his sons, Kenny Powell (DeAnna) and Keith Powell (Angela); his grandchildren, Daylen, Kennedy, Kaleb, Karlee, Janiah and Kaden; his sisters, Patsy Duffer and Kathy Turney (Houston); his mother-in-law Margie Foster (Gene); his siblings-in-law, James Burgett (Vickie), Terry Pinkerton, Chip Pinkerton, Shane Pinkerton and Debi Minchey; and also Maria Watkins.
In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests donations be made to Red Shield Kids Club After School Program hosted by The Salvation Army.
