She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Johnny Elgin; and her children, Rhonda Bolin (Perry), Mark Elgin, Teena Thompson (Nick), Lisa Peters (Scott), Rochelle Hayes (Tim) and Sandi Phelps (Josh).
