She was predeceased by: her husband Karl Carlson; and her brother Wayne Vaughan. She is survived by: her daughter Linda; her son-in-law Paul Lloyd of Knoxville, TN; and her sons, Vaughan (Charla Carlson) and Stephen (Roberta Carlson). She is also survived by six grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
