He is survived by: his wife Nora Garcia Jimenez; his children, Deyvi Palacios (Valentin), Devanny Palacios, Betsy Palacios and Jesus Palacios; his parents, Alfredo Palacios and Ester Contreras Sanchez; his siblings, Ricardo Palacios, Mauricio Palacios, Rafael Palacios, Victor Palacios, Christian Palacios and Nancy Palacios; and his grandmother Guadalupe Sanchez.
