We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2019 we had to say goodbye to Joyce Cooke (Hendersonville, Tennessee), born in Cynthiana, Kentucky. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Judy and Vera Judy (Maffet); and her husband Charles F. Cooke. She is survived by: her children, Robin Crutcher (Greg), Lawrence Lamb Shadd, III and Taylor Edmund Shadd (Gihe); and her grandchildren, Bryce, Bailee, Connor, Jackson and Sophia.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.

“My husband and I were friends of Joyce (and Larry's) when they lived in Aberdeen, MS where Larry was stationed at the Columbus Air Force Base. We had many good times together. We did visit each other a couple of times after they left here. I have been thinking of previous friends since we are quarantined at home and tried to look up a telephone #. When I googled her name this obit came up. I am so sorry to hear that she has passed away. We used to send Christmas cards until recent years.”
