He is survived by: his parents, Frank Givens and Laurie Sutton; his nephews, Nick, Jack and Sebastian; his wife Chelsea Bryant Givens; his siblings, Lily Minbiole (Jeff), Christian Givens, Sara Givens, Destiny Givens and Banner Givens; his grandparents, Doris Webb and Leo Alexander Fisher; and his parents-in-law, Scott and Darlene Bryant.
