He was predeceased by: his parents, James Williams and Myrtle Williams; his wife Frankie J. Williams; and his sisters, Deborah and Deloris Williams.

He is survived by: his children, Sandra Glasgow, Jimmy Williams (Renee) and Johnny Williams (Gail); and his grandchildren, Amber Salinas (Mace), Lisa Moore (Adam), Timmy Williams (Missy), Kayla Williams, Chelsea Alexander (Eric) and Jon Shelbi Williams. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
