He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Overstreet and Audrey Overstreet (Elliott); his children, Sarah Jane Overstreet and Tony Dewayne Overstreet; and his siblings, James, Wallace of Raymond, J. R., Bertha, Shirley and Sue.

He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Deborah Overstreet, Stacy Dampier (Edwin) and Jason Davis (Becky); his grandchildren, Brad Penick, Chad Penick, Colton Davis, Joli Overstreet, Jeremy Overstreet and Aiden Dampier; and his great grandchildren, Carter, Hunter, Cole, Miller Penick, Bennett and Brayden Overstreet.
