He is survived by: his wife Thelma Jean Fey (Hardcastle); his sons, Jay Fey (Tonya) and Jeff Fey; his grandchildren, Brycen, Cameron, Chloe, Easton, Jerrison and Jackson; and his nieces, Carolyn Morton, Frances Berringer and Joan Colorigh.
