He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bob, Elma Proctor and Donald E. Talbert. He is survived by: his parents, Gary Howden (Donna) and Sharon Howden; his children, Brice, Olivia and Mia Howden; and his grandmother Mary Frances Talbert. He is also survived by 2 uncles, 2 aunts, and many extended family and friends.
